SHIPPING
OUR NEW POLICY as of January 2008:
Due to high demand on current designs and new designs, we have changed our policy to reflect limited quantities per design and/or style. This will allow us to sell out the inventory we have and make room for new designs to come in. This does not mean current designs will no longer be available. This is simply a method to become more efficient in filling orders and allowing us to be more creative with our design options and styles. As quantities are replenished, our website will be updated. So if you're looking for a specific size or style, check back periodically or email us and let us know. Ordering what we have in stock will ensure your item is available for immediate delivery. If we find that you have ordered an item that is not in stock, you will be notified via email. We will no longer be processing back-orders. IN-STOCK ORDERS - Rush Shipping is not available at this time. Most in-stock orders will arrive within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high volume holiday seasons, delivery services may vary. In-stock orders are sent out as soon as possible using United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority Mail (depending on weight). Delays with USPS are out of our control, however you will be able to track your package using the tracking number provided to you via email once your order is completed. We encourage you to track the progress of your shipment using USPS TRACK & CONFIRM before contacting Customer Service.
OUT-OF-STOCK ORDERS will no longer be processed. Please see above for information on our NEW Policy updates as of January 2008.
SHIPPING CHARGES - shipping charges are indicated at check out but additional charges may be incurred due to heavy packages or on orders shipped outside of the Continental U.S./international orders. We will notify you by e-mail of any additional shipping charges that may apply and will charge your credit card accordingly.
We regularly use USPS for our shipping needs along with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION service and/or SIGNATURE REQUIRED which will allow us to receive confirmation from your mail carrier that your package has been delivered. If you do not receive your package, you will still have access to the tracking information using the tracking number provided to you via email and entering it at the USPS TRACK & CONFIRM webpage.
If you require SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION, please let us know by requesting it in the ORDER COMMENTS BOX at checkout when placing your order or sending an email to customerservice@jusnata.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note there is an additional $2.00 fee for this service.
JusNata Spanglish Designs, LLC is not responsible for orders that have been left unattended after they are delivered. If you did not receive your package, we will investigate the matter and advise you the date, ZIP Code, time your package was delivered and/or the name of the individual who signed for your package.
SALES TAX
Sales tax applies only on orders shipped to a Maryland address.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We have updated our policy to include international orders at this time. We reserve the right to refuse any order which appears fraudulent and will work with authorities to prosecute such customers.
International orders will not be shipped until payment is processed and received. We require that international customers fax us a copy of the front and back of the credit card used to place the order to (410) 392-9088. Without this fax, orders will not be processed. We reserve the right to select USPS or UPS as our shipping carrier for international packages. Additional shipping fees will apply and will be charged to you accordingly.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All orders are thoroughly examined by our staff to ensure that there are no defects and that item sizes and quantities are accurate prior to shipping. Please note that some items may vary slightly from the image appearing on our website. We reserve the right to update our designs and clothing at any time. We will not accept a returned order that has been washed, worn, or damaged in any way.
If a problem arises with your order, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@jusnata.com within 48 hours. All returns must be returned in a sealed package to: JusNata Spanglish Designs, LLC, P.O. Box 2311, Elkton, MD 21922-2311 within 30 days and must contain a copy of your invoice. If you no longer have a copy of your invoice, you can obtain one by logging into your account at www.jusnata.com or by contacting Customer Service at customerservice@jusnata.com.
Your return or exchange must be received before we can process a credit or an exchange. If an exchange is not requested and a credit is due, a 25% re-stocking fee will apply based on the price of the order. Please allow a full billing cycle before your credit appears on your credit card statement.
If an exchange is required for a different size, an additional shipping fee will apply and will be charged to your credit card accordingly. If an entirely different item is requested as part of an exchange, a 25% re-stocking fee and additional shipping charges will apply. Please allow 20 business days for your exchange to be completed and shipped.
