THE JUSNATA GUARANTEE
We take pride in all the products we sell and want you to be happy with your order. If any item arrives and it is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days for a prompt replacement.
SIZING INFORMATION
Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@jusnata.com to receive sizing information via email.
We create most of our designs on high-quality American Apparel products. When items run small, they will be indicated. American Apparel may not offer all styles in all sizes. Available sizes will be indicated.
PLACING ORDERS
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day 7 days a week via our website www.jusnata.com or www.jusnataspanglishdesigns.com.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order. JusNata Spanglish Designs, LLC reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of credit and information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
CHANGES TO AN ORDER
We encourage you to double check your order before placing it, but understand you may want to make a change after the fact. If you desire to make a change, you must notify us immediately by email to customerservice@jusnata.com. After 24 hours we can not guarantee your order can be changed. We cannot make changes to your order after it has shipped.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after placing an order to customerservice@jusnata.com and prior to shipping of the order to avoid a 25% re-stocking fee. The fee is based on the price of the order (shipping is excluded). If the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be the customer’s responsibility to either accept the order as is, having made full payment, or by returning it to us for a refund minus the 25% re-stocking fee.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). If your credit card is rejected, we will notify you immediately by telephone or email. If you do not update your payment information after 30 days, your order will be cancelled.
PayPal payments are also accepted and will be offered as an option when you place your order.
To place an order with a money order: email us the items you would like to order and we will calculate and advise you of the total (including shipping and sales tax) via email. You will then be able to print the email and include it with your money order in an envelope to: JusNata Spanglish Designs, LLC, P.O. Box 2311, Elkton, MD 21922-2311. We will not process your order until payment is received.
Sorry, we do not accept personal checks or ship C.O.D. at this time.
DISCONTINUED ITEMS
We apologize if an item is discontinued and no longer available after you have placed your order. We make every effort to keep our website updated but will sometimes come across such an issue. If you were already charged for the discontinued item, you will be credited in the same form that payment was made. You will be notified either way via email.
PRINT CATALOGS
We do not offer print catalogs at this time.
